Ingredients:
1 cup besan (gram flour)

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add besan, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
Gradually add water and mix well to form a smooth and thick batter. The batter should be a little thick to coat the potato slices.
Add sliced onions, chopped green chilies, and coriander to the batter. Mix well to combine.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Using a tablespoon or your hands, drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil.
